Sign-Master, from Decision Resources and later Ashton-Tate, is a companion product to Chart-Master and Diagram-Master. It shares the same ability to produce presentation quality graphics on high resolution printers or plotters, but geared more towards textual presentation slides. Javelin, from Javelin Software Corporation, is an analysis and reporting tool that offers features in excess of those found in spreadsheets. Unlike common spreadsheets, Javelin features the ability to manage complex relationship models between data and formulas. This gives users the ability to audit and document financial analysis models. Although some might argue that Javelin is more of an analysis tool than a spreadsheet, and defining rules is placed before data entry, one of its model "views" is a spreadsheet view that can be used similarly.

WordPerfect Executive is a stripped down version of the WordPerfect word processor optimized for use on 3.5" floppy-only laptops. Also includes a spreadsheet, calendar, calculator, card file, and telephone list.

EasyCAD is an easy to use, low cost, 2D CAD program targeted at casual CAD users. EasyCAD features wide range of drawing commands, and a sophisticated programming language similar to AutoCAD's AutoLISP. EasyCAD competed against other low coast 2D programs such as Autodesk AutoSketch. with many more features, but similar appearance to EasyCAD.

The JLaser is a hardware memory expansion board for IBM PCs and clones indented to help operate new memory-hungry laser printers. The software also translates regular DOS text output in to formatted PCL. Notably, it contains a driver for Microsoft Windows 1.x/2.x.

Multiplan (1983) 0 Spreadsheet DOS MacOS OS2

Microsoft Multiplan was an early 8-bit spreadsheet application for CP/M and MS-DOS with ports to numerous other platforms in the early 80s. Initially it competed against VisiCalc and later Lotus 1-2-3. A companion product, Microsoft Chart, provided graphing support. Multiplan was never ported to Windows, where it was replaced with Microsoft Excel. Excel also replaced Multiplan on the Macintosh platform.
