Meta Software Design 2.x
Meta Software Design, which later became "MetaDesign", is an adaptable charting and diagraming program used for flowcharts, org charts, and software design.
It was produced by Meta Software Corporation, a Cambridge, Massachusetts software company specializing in computer-aided systems engineering (CASE), systems modeling, business-process modeling, and simulation.
Several variants of this product geared towards specific specialized tasks included "Design/IDEF", and "Design/OA"
Design competed with Visio and SnapGraphics.
