SuperCalc (1983) 0 Spreadsheet Graphics DOS CPM

SuperCalc was a spreadsheet application published by Sorcim in 1980, and originally bundled (along with WordStar) as part of the CP/M software package included with the Osborne 1 portable computer. It quickly became the de facto standard spreadsheet for CP/M and was ported to MS-DOS in 1982. It competed against spreadsheets such as VisiCalc, Multiplan. and Lotus 1-2-3.

Hollywood (1990) 0 Presentations Windows

"Hollywood", created by Publishing Solutions Inc and sold by IBM, was a flashy business presentation program for Windows 3.0. It features many easy to create visual effects, vector drawing, data graphing, and an outliner. Even under pre-TrueType Windows 3.0 it supports rescaleable fonts providing sharp large printed text. with the intent to complete a version for OS/2 Presentation Manager. FantaVision (1987) 0 Graphics DOS

Fantavision was an animation program from Broderbund originally for the Apple II but later ported to the Amiga, IIGS, and DOS. It features animation "tweening" to create smooth movements, support for digital sound to accompany animation, object-oriented animation control, and comes with an animation library. Prior to the DOS version release, similar tools were mostly found only on the Apple Macintosh. Fantavision was marketed toward both home users and business professionals. The IBM PC version supports CGA, EGA, Tandy, and Hercules video.
