FormTool 2.x
FormTool is an easy to use form creation and data entry application. It was the first application published by BLOC Development Corp, the company that later became TigerDirect. FormTool was targeted at businesses, enabling them to print their own customized forms from a PC rather than buying per-printed forms or hiring a professional typesetter, and doing so without requiring complex computer commands programming. Electronic forms could also be used for data entry.

Create any form, from oversize forms up to 13 inches, down top postage stamp size, and every size in-between, including standard sizes like letter, legal, and other.
Form tool is incredibly easy to use. There are no cryptic commands to learn, no calculations, and no codes. You can use FormTool to quickly and easily create all of your everyday forms, like purchase order, check requests, and requisitions.
Installation instructions
FormTool will run on just about an y PC based system. From a basic 256K PC or clone with floppy drives and non-graphics monochrome monitor up to a PC-AT with hard disk and color monitor.
