FormTool 1.x for Windows

FormTool is an easy to use form creation and data entry application. It was the first application published by BLOC Development Corp, the company that later became TigerDirect. FormTool was targeted at businesses, enabling them to print their own customized forms from a PC rather than buying per-printed forms or hiring a professional typesetter, and doing so without requiring complex computer commands programming. Electronic forms could also be used for data entry.
