Monologue for DOS V 3.1

Monologue is a speech synthesis program, related to First Bytes earlier SmoothTalker product, that reads text from the screen. Versions exist for both DOS and Windows. The DOS version uses a TSR that you can pull up while a DOS program is running, select text, and have it speak it. It could use the PC Speaker or a sound card such as the Sound Blaster.
