Business Contact Manager 2003

Microsoft Business Contact Manager was a customer and sales management add-on for Microsoft Outlook 2003. It was targeted primarily at entrepreneurs, salespeople, and small businesses. Microsoft positioned it as an entry-level customer relationship management system rather than a high-end CRM. It was included with certain editions of Office 2003.
