IBM Diskette Librarian 1.00
IBM Diskette Librarian is a small database that keeps track of your files across multiple floppy disks. It was targeted at early power users that had lots of disks to keep track of. Although it might seem like a simple utility, it was part of IBM's standard software lineup sold alongside the IBM PC.

It is designed for IBM PCs running IBM PC-DOS 1.0 or IBM PC-DOS 1.1. A minimum of 64K RAM is required, but 96K or more is recommended.
Installation instructions
Requires IBM ROM Basic, or compatible Microsoft Basic-86 software.
Seems to have issues running under later versions of DOS.
