Xerox FormBase 1.x

Xerox FormBase, created by Columbia Software Inc. and marked by Xerox, is an Intelligent form processing system that brings together high quality form design and integrated relational database.

FormBase is a professional form creation system that includes an integrated relational database. It was advertised as being easy to use and learn, with no programming or database design required at all. Creating or changing the form automatically creates or changes fields in the database. It can perform calculations on fields within the form, and different forms can be linked together to share data.

Detailed forms can be printed on a printer using any Windows printer, and the software includes Bitstream font support.

It supports importing data from dBase, Lotus 1-2-3, and Excel, and can make use of images from Windows scanners and paint programs.

It competed with PerFORM PRO, JetForm, and Forms Publisher.
