Q+E 2.x
Q+E is a database utility designed to edit and manipulate data in large databases using SQL. It supports DBASE, Text files, and SQL Server, and can work with multiple databases at once. There was also an OS/2 version. Later versions support Paradox, IBM DB2, and XLS files. It was sold alongside an application development system called Q+E Database Library
