Any Chance of adding Final Cut Express Version 3.0.x

I have an old iMac G3 and im looking to push it to the limits of vvintage computing, and for a proof of concept video editing , the best option available for it would be Final Cut Express HD (Version 3). In the WinWorld Library it has 2.x. I was wondering if 3.0 could be added because it is almost certainly abandonware at this point.
