I've a Server Novel 3.12 running and I could conect some stations win95, win98, winxp, but I could not conect Ms DOS stations. I tried to use some DOS clients but they cant see the server.

Yes, I have, but unfortunately it was about 20 years ago. What DOS clients did you try and where did you get them?
Hi you could try Microsoft Network Client 3.0 for MS-DOS, as that has protocols to support lots of servers including TCIP for modern networks... you can download it from this page in the Network Configuration section for the page, https://www.legroom.net/howto/msdos
