It does not include a backup scheduler. Norton Commander is a MS-DOS based file shell that was widely popular due to it's two column design. You could easily copy and move files between one folder or another, execute DOS commands and more. It competed against many other file managers including Gazelle Q-DOS and Xtree

Crash Guard is a tool that prevents misbehaving application programs from completely freezing the Windows user interface, in some cases can "unfreeze" a program, and recover the data you were working with. Crash Guard Deluxe also includes a number of additional tools to help improve the stability of a Windows system.
