  I have a little question : are the ISOs ( example : windows 2000 sp4 ) untouched ? I mean are the ISOs original ?

  I'm not sure personally about the sp4 iso, but I know the sp2 iso is a direct OEM disc (The real disc is actually in my desk). Typically we perfer using original images.
